We have 2 of these video cameras one for me and one for the hubby.  We picked them up at Walmart for right around $50 on clearance and took them with us to disney world. I LOVE this camera!!!! 

• The QUALITY is AWESOME! Way better than my point and shoot camera. 
• It's small and fits easily into my purse/pocket etc.
• We took it on a water ride and just put it in a ziploc bag and it worked perfectly.
• The usb connection & software is built in to the camera.
  
• It takes AA batteries so you don't have to carry around another charger.
• The ease of use is fantastic. Even a grandma or grandpa could use it.  One button recording

I highly recommend this camera! And at $50 it is a great deal!  I just really loved how I didn't have to switch settings and fidget with my point and shoot camera to take a video and then miss half the event I wanted to video. We were tempted to buy one of the flips that held more time but once we thought about it 30 minutes is alot of time.  Think about youtube videos...if they are longer than 10 minutes you're getting bored already.  Most of what we've videod of our kid since he's been born was small snipets and nothing longer than 10 minutes.
